Rebuilding the Western Wall Background:
There is a joint 52-day prayer strategy, begun on July 20th, among California, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, and Alaska, to strengthen our spiritual linkages and to “build a wall” of righteousness on the West Coast. This is based on Nehemiah rebuilding the wall in 52 days and culminates with each holding a Solemn Assembly in their own location(s). California will lead with a solemn assembly in Sacramento on September 9th; Oregon will follow with a solemn assembly in Salem on September 10th; Washington state's will be held in Olympia onSeptember 11th; British Columbia will hold two assemblies in Victoria on September 12th, and Alaska will hold solemn assemblies in multiple locations, including Juneau on September 13th. Delegates will participate in each other’s assemblies as a further means of standing together.
Each week we have focused on a specific entity or issue to highlight in prayer.
